ABOUT US...

Cara Mía Theatre Company is a non-profit 501(c)(3), founded in 1996 as the first Dallas theatre to focus on Mexican-American theatre.

Since 2002, Cara Mía expanded its focus to include plays about Latinos from Mexico as well as from other Latin-American countries to further represent the large Hispanic population in the United States. Moreover, plays are often bilingual to bring the Spanish-speaking population and English-speaking population together.
